NRA is involved in international boutique hospitality and mixed-use property development as an Architect Developer.

These images are some of the concept renderings completed as part of a Feasibility Study for a prime site in Sydney's trendy Inner City (In association with YI Architecture Design Consulting Studio).

 

This exciting new residential mixed-use development concept focused on the future of wellness, communal living, and providing exceptional space for local businesses/entrepreneurs, at a prime site in Sydney's rapidly evolving inner city.

The focus in this signature building project is to create communities of interaction through a series of key social and environmental moves. An open public ground plane encompasses boutique retail/wellness/F&B/garden spaces, while semi private community gardens/amenities on terraces for residents and hotel guests above are just two key programmatic moves.

We are also open to discussing with investors interested in partnering to undertake forward thinking, 'green', boutique hospitality and mixed-use property development projects globally.
