Mixed-use residential towers with retail podium base and re-development of 3 historic buildings, in the historic 18 Steps area.

"The invited competition was for the design of 6 super-tall luxury residential towers on the historic 18-steps area. The ensemble of towers averages around 285m in height, while the design brief also includes a retail lifestyle shopping podium, luxury terrace villas, and a multitude of amenities for the towers that take the form of elevated sky-bridges."
