Project Description

The project involved the heritage restoration, conversion, and contemporary addition to the historic Beaux-Arts Grade II* listed former Port of London Authority building in the City of London. In keeping with the building’s landmark status, Four Seasons Hotels will operate the development with the intention that both the hotel and apartment will be positioned at the highest end of the market.

The program includes a 100 key Four Seasons Hotel with associated specialty restaurants, retail, bars, event/conference facilities, health club/spa, members club, 41 private residences, and landscaping works.

Project Involvement

Nath was involved with a signature French restaurant (Stage 4 tender documentation), members club (Stage 5 planning pre-submission meeting), back of house areas (Stage 5 construction documentation), and the residential apartments (Including responsibility for Stage 4 tender documentation and Stage 5 construction documentation for the Chairman’s Apartment).
