Project Description

This triple residential tower and retail base proposal is just part of our work on over 1.5 million square metres of projects in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. For this site, the three tower scheme was selected after we made proposals and developed feasibility concepts for single, double, triple, and quadruple towers.

In the three tower proposal selected by the client, we responded to our clients preference for vertical, curvaceous lines within the framework of a rational, easy to build base tower plan.

​

A subtle twisting aesthetic is layered through folded metallic balcony balustrades in contrast to the glass balustrades.

​

The project is pending Government Planning Review Approval.
